"PEW" Submersible dewatering pumps are vertically mounted, single suction, single stage (non-clog) pumps, designed to operate underwater.The low weight and compact design make them easy to transport.Once delivered to the site they can be used right away.These pumps are available in 3 impellar configurations:-

  • 1. CLOSED
  • 2. CUTTER AND
  • 3. VORTEX
FEATURES

  • In-built lip seal to prevent ingress of silt and sand
  • Float switch is provided upto 0.75 kw - 1ph
  • Sewage pump Can handle solids upto 15mm & dewatering pump Can handle solids up to 30 to 60mm
  • The relatively small size and weight make these pumps specially suitable for temporary services like dewatering of construction sites and for emergency services in case of flooding.
  • The pumps at equipped with a handle which makes it easy to move them from one point of application to the other.
  • Pumps are designed for free standing installation, but can also be permanently installed by means of an auto coupling guide rail system
  • Pumps in permanent installations can cope with PH-values ranging from 4 to 10.
  • Permissible Liquid temperature: 0° to 40°C
  • All pumps are supplied with 15 meters cable up 3 HP pumps & 20 meters cable upto 5 to 10 HP pumps
  • The stator windings incorporate temperature sensors (PTC Or TOP) which cut out the motor in case of over temperature. (Temperature sensors (PTC OR TOP) are built into the stator windings, and a contact in the sensors will open on case of over temperature i.e. 120 oc.)

"PEW" "MP & NSP Series" Self-priming Non-Clog Monoblock Pump's volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. These pumps are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled A.C. Induction motor. Motor stator is made of low watt-loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the pumps.
